研究工作:

围绕小麦等作物重要性状形成的调控基础与演化规律开展研究,重点从转录、翻译、表观遗传等层面解析多层级调控机制,揭示基因、调控元件及调控网络在作物性状形成与环境适应过程中的变异和演化规律。通过开发多组学整合、比较基因组学和调控网络分析方法,发掘关键基因与调控元件,支撑作物功能基因组研究与精准设计育种。

已发表SCI论文30余篇,总引用2000余次。以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在Molecular Plant(5篇)、The Plant CellGenome BiologyPlant Physiology(2篇)等期刊发表论文10余篇。开发生物信息学工具和数据库10余个。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、山东省自然科学基金青年项目(B类)、山东省重点研发计划等多项国家及省部级科研项目。
